karen thrasher, AIA
director of operations

Ms. Thrasher has over 10 years architectural experience. As director of operations, Karen is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of managing the project teams and managers while herself acting as project manager on a variety of projects. Karen received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas where she studied in Vienna, Austria and Stuttgart, Germany for over a year on scholarship. Her architecture career in Dallas has been focused on the education, ecclesiastical and healthcare sectors. She is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the North Texas Chapter of the USGBC, and Texas Society of Architects. She is also an active community volunteer by participation with Hearts and Hammers, a local non-profit committed to refurbishing the homes of low-income Dallas residents.
