Over the past 28 years, Mr. Janousek has been Project Architect on a variety of complex building types. His specific responsibilities have included conceptual design, and project management, including scheduling, cost control, specification writing and construction administration. He has been the designer and Project Architect on numerous facilities in and for the State of Texas, the United States Postal Service and various other institutional clients. He is very familiar with indefinite delivery and multi-phase contracts.
As a skilled designer, Mr. Janousek represents the needs of the Owner throughout the design and construction process providing continuity and maintaining quality from the initial design concept until move-in. With experience in several complex building types ranging from educational, correctional, to postal and childcare, Mr. Janousek’s “hands on” approach to architecture provides the client with significant experience in working through the day to day issues necessary to bring a project to a successful completion.
His experience in renovation projects is valuable for projects requiring careful field surveys, and complex coordination of details and consultants.
