overview

We look to this position to take creative control on all interior design projects. Our designer will assist in managing all phases of the project process starting from schematic design to design development and on to construction administration. This position will ensure that th+a’s core tenants manifest themselves in our designs. The person who assumes this role will provide leadership in our community, our profession and our firm.

In addition, we expect our Interior Designer to create outstanding design solutions, develop strong relationships with clients and actively mentor junior staff.


qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited college (licensure a plus)

  • Healthcare and education experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Revit (required), SketchUp, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Solution-oriented and self-motivated

  • Entrepreneurial spirit
